Easy Returns, Replacements and Refunds
We ask all our customers to submit the Return/Replacement request within 24hours of receiving the product. But, in case of damaged/wrong product/empty package/missing products; the request should be placed within 2 days of receiving the product. The Refund/Replacement will be initiated only after receiving the product. Replacement depends upon the availability of the product. In case the products are damaged while in your possession, Arrow will not be under any liability to issue a refund or a replacement. The return/replacement product should have the original price tag and the packaging slip.
